Toni Pollard – Vocals, Guitar, Arranger, A graduate of the QLD Conservatorium of Music, Toni is a seasoned performer who has performed at the Brisbane Jazz Festival, Eumundi Live & Gold Coast Festivals. Previously a member of the duo ‘The Girl Thaing’ she has also performed at the Songwriters Cafe at the Urban Music Festival. This style of music fits Toni like a glove with vocal elements of Sarah Vaughan, Ella Fitzgerald & Bessie Smith. Her mastery of Jazz Guitar is evident during the often complex rhythms & melodies of the songs.
Elise Bosse – Tenor Saxophone, Vocals, has studied music extensively in Boston Massachusettes & has performed in Europe & U.S.A With influences from Charlie Parker, Lester Young & Coleman Hawkins she can mix it up playing hard blowing Hot Swing then wooing you with her rich mellow tones.
Jeff Tex Austin – Drummer, Vocals, A well respected Brisbane drummer Jeff also plays throughout Australia with many hi-profile artists & is a regular at Tamworth Festival. The overall sound of the band is greatly enhanced by Jeffs knowledge & use of percussion instruments of the swing era.
Tim Kemp – Bass, Vocals, Not only lays down solid grooves but also has a great voice, Tim has a Bachelor of Music from University of Qld & has worked as a music therapist & teacher.
